First Time Buyers have seen property previously priced out of their reach reduced, and now within their grasp – this has led to a steady increase of sales in the lower priced sectors and enabled second and third time buyers to move up the market – good news all around! The Local Market seems to be moving out of its low turnover cycle and whilst vendors remain sensitive to correct market pricing sales will remain strong.

April has seen a continuation of the higher levels of activity on the Local Market. All in the property market seem to agree that whilst the activity is not back to ‘pre 2008’ levels, there is good movement and capacity in the market with plenty of buyers active and plenty of property available.
