Our Commercial Department benefits from three qualified Chartered Surveyors, Nick Renny MRICS, Peter Le Cheminant FRICS and Terry Gardiner MRICS. Between them they have extensive UK and Island based experience of the commercial property market.
Our work encompasses a whole spectrum of commercial property to include sales, lettings, assignments of leases, acquisitions, development appraisals, valuations, rent reviews and arbitrations.
We are an independent firm free to act on behalf of either Landlord or Tenant for acquisitions, disposals or other professional work.
We represent the majority of banks locally as their nominated panel valuers and we carry Professional Indemnity Insurance.
