INSURANCE VALUATIONS

Quotations: Available free of charge and without obligation. 

Fully flexible service: Valuations available for single or multiple items, large collections or complete house contents. We can tailor our service to any particular requirements, identifying all specific items within a property above an agreed value threshold. 

Fully illustrated reports: Presented as a comprehensive bound document with detailed photographs & descriptions, to aid recovery or replacement following a loss. 

Digital report & images: A copy of each report & photographs are held on our secure server. 

Affordable, transparent fees: Charged at an hourly or daily rate, based just on the time spent on the property.

Re-valuation service: Available at an agreed interval for a reduced cost, and recommended every five years, so that items can be re-assessed in the current market and additions and deletions noted on an amended inventory.

Prompt, professional and confidential service: From a single, global figure to compilation of a detailed inventory.

Valuable Items: Immediate removal and storage on our premises for safekeeping if required.

Complete house clearance: Leaving the property in a clean & marketable condition.

Bequests: Identification and dispersal of items that have been bequeathed or passed on in Trust to others.
